You must not share your login details with any third party. vipph.fun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your vipph.fun account for an additional layer of security. This is available in your account security settings.
vipph.fun supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱5 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your vipph.fun account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. vipph.fun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

vipph.fun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph.fun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipph.fun does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
vipph.fun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. vipph.fun will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or termination where such action was taken due to a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and vipph.fun, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, vipph.fun's internal dispute resolution process shall apply first. You must submit a written complaint to vipph.fun within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. vipph.fun will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. The decision of vipph.fun's compliance team on game outcome disputes is final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
